D/Prof. Suetonia Green

Distinguished Professor Suetonia Green is a nephrologist and Dean of the Faculty of Medicine – Dunedin. She is the Chief Investigator for the TEACH-PD trial in Aotearoa New Zealand – and grateful to the whole TEACH-PD team and participants who contributed and participated so generously to the largest clinical trial in peritoneal dialysis ever conducted. Suetonia has led several clinical trials with global teams including the PHOSPHATE trial and the IMPEDE-PKD trial. Her areas of specialty in nephrology are adolescent health and supportive care. Suetonia is a Fellow of the Royal Society of New Zealand for her contributions to science in kidney disease, diabetes, and hypertension.
