Kathy Shaw

I work with women who have spent a lifetime caring for everyone else — family, patients, students — and now find themselves running on empty. You may feel exhausted, stuck, or unsure who you are beyond the roles you’ve always played. The spark that once kept you moving now feels dim.

As a Registered Nurse, Life Coach, and Professional Supervisor with over 35 years in healthcare, I understand the toll that constant giving can take — physically, mentally, and emotionally. Drawing on the latest in lifestyle medicine, neuroscience, and positive psychology, I help women rebuild energy, confidence, and purpose in midlife.

Through science-backed coaching tools — like values-based decision-making, ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) principles, and nervous system regulation practices such as breathwork, mindfulness, and movement — my clients learn how to shift from survival mode to sustainable wellbeing.

Whether it’s navigating menopause, burnout, grief, or the “what’s next?” moment that midlife often brings, I provide a calm, evidence-informed space to help you reconnect with your vitality, purpose, and self-trust.

My mission is simple: to help women move from overwhelmed to empowered — using both the heart of nursing and the science of behaviour change to create lasting, life-affirming results.
