Professor Nigel Toussaint is the Director of Nephrology at St. Vincent’s Hospital (Melbourne) and an Honorary Clinical Professor at the University of Melbourne. He has > 160 publications in international peer-reviewed journals and has been involved in writing international clinical guidelines on bone and mineral disorders in chronic kidney disease. He also has a passionate interest in reducing the risk of cardiovascular disease in people with chronic kidney disease.
