Christina Poloai, MN (QUT) is the Renal Services Manager at the National Kidney Foundation of Samoa and a senior renal clinician with nearly 20 years of experience in haemodialysis and chronic kidney disease care. Her leadership is guided by Samoan values of family, faith, service, and respect, ensuring patients and their families are supported medically, emotionally, and spiritually. She is passionate about empowering communities, mentoring local health workers, and addressing the unique challenges of Pacific Islanders, including the growing burden of non-communicable diseases.
