Amber’s professional career includes corporate experience in Community Engagement, Marketing, Sales and Communication. Amber transitioned her career into the not-for-profit sector & health sector, where she learnt the value of consumer and community partnerships, project management and the power in peer learning and consumer support programs.

 

Amber’s treatment journey includes; CAPD, APD, Haemodialysis and Kidney Transplant. Amber’s goal of having a family was realised, yet so many of her kidney friends were not as fortunate.

 

Ambers’ kidney advocacy flame burns to ensure consumer partnerships are at the centre of kidney research, and clinical practise reform. Believing if we align kidney research and clinical practise to patient experience…… Together we will create a better kidney healthcare system for all.
