Professor Ann Bonner is Head, School of Nursing and Midwifery, Griffith University, Visiting Research Fellow, Kidney Health Service, Metro North Health Service, and Honorary Skou Professor, Aarhus University, Denmark. She is currently the Deputy Chair, Australia and New Zealand Council of Deans of Nursing and Midwifery. Ann has over 30 years’ experience in nephrology practice, education, and research. She is a life-member of the Renal Society of Australasia, a member of the Australian Institute of Health and Welfare (AIHW) Chronic Kidney Disease Expert Advisory Group, and in 2021 was inducted into the International Nurse Researcher Hall of Fame.
