My name is Annette Jamieson and I am an Associate Nurse Manager at Monash Health. I began my nursing career in 1986 when I enlisted in the Australian Army. Following this I commenced General Nursing Training at the PA, working in Brisbane until 1997. I began work at Monash Health in 1998 in the Acute Dialysis unit and have worked in various positions within Nephrology over this time. Most recently, the establishment of our dialysis service at the new Heart Hospital and the first Renal-Cardio CNC position. Sustainability, particularly in Healthcare, is my passion. The need to decrease our environmental impact as individuals, but also as a health professionals, is my passion.
