Claire Sheeky is the Primary Care Programs Manager at Kidney Health Australia (KHA) -a not-for profit organisation dedicated to improving health outcomes and quality of life for people living with kidney disease, their families and carers.
As part of the Primary Care Program, Claire has developed the CKD Clinical Audit program, created a 'How to' Guide Series of resources, created the Kidney Health Professional online Hub, publishes the Clinical e-News, and maintains online resources for Health Professionals including the CKD-Go! App.
Claire has a Bachelor of Health Science from the University of Adelaide and has worked with Primary Care Health Professionals and chronic disease management for 20 years.
