Lenny Jacoby is a Nephrology Nurse Practitioner at St John of God Midland Public & Private Hospital in Western Australia. Lenny has over 15 years’ experience in nephrology nursing and currently works with inpatients and outpatients with Stage 4-5 CKD and dialysis dependent patients. She is passionate about slowing disease progression in chronic kidney disease and ensuring patients are well informed and educated about their renal replacement therapy options. 

 

Lenny is an elected Board Director for the Renal Society of Australasia. She is the current Vice President and regularly contributes to working groups within the RSA.
