Dr Shannon King is a consultant geriatrician with the WA Country Health Service and has an appointment with the University of Queensland as a Medical Monitor for a clinical trial assessing frailty interventions. She has a special interest in the care and management of patients who live with frailty, and last year published a prospective study assessing the impact of dialysis on frailty and quality of life in patients older patients living with CKD.
