This symposium aims to address the challenge of underdiagnosed CKD-aP, by empowering Renal Nurses to screen patients during dialysis. The presentation will focus on disease awareness, the prevalence and impact of CKD-aP, followed by a screening algorithm and checklist to be filled out with the patient, then given to the nephrologist for assessment of treatment suitability.
