Professional Bio
A highly experienced and AHPRA-endorsed Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of diverse clinical expertise spanning nephrology, dialysis, and complex chronic disease management. My career has encompassed practice in leading tertiary hospitals across Australia, the UAE, and India, with strong skills in hemodialysis (acute and chronic), vascular access, and kidney transplant care.
I have held key leadership roles including Clinical Resource Nurse, Associate Nurse Unit Manager, Acting Nurse Manager, and Dialysis Coordinator. In these positions, I led quality improvement projects, supported clinical education, and contributed to research. My strengths lie in advanced patient assessment, vascular access planning, and coordinating multidisciplinary care.
Passionate about education, policy development, and system improvement, I’m actively involved in professional networks such as ACNP, RSA, and APNA. I am committed to empowering patients, mentoring future nurses, and advancing renal healthcare through innovation and collaborative practice.
With a holistic, evidence-based approach to care, I combine advanced clinical decision-making with a strong focus on leadership, education, and patient-centred outcomes—driven by a deep commitment to improving the lives of those living with chronic kidney disease.
