The 2025 Conference runs from Wednesday 11 June to Friday 13th June 2025 with the Conference Welcome Reception being held on Wednesday 11 June and the Conference Dinner being held on Thursday 12 June.

The Conference is exclusively an in-person event. The conference fees are for an in-person event only.
The preferred payment method is credit/debit card. Accepted credit/debit cards are Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Please note all transactions will appear on your statement as ‘Meeting by Arinex, Sydney’.
For alternative payment methods, please choose 'Invoice' while processing your registration or alternatively email us at register.rsa@arinexgroup.com
You must submit your registration to receive an invoice. If you proceed through your registration and select 'Invoice', an invoice will be emailed to you once your registration has been completed and processed.
Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Managers at register.RSA@arinexgroup.com
Registration
Cancellations before 01/02/2025 will incur a A$150 cancellation fee.
Cancellations from 02/02/2025 to 01/05/2025 will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations on or after 02/05/2025 will receive no refund.
Social Functions
Payments are non-refundable as at 01/05/2025
Workshops / Tours
Payments are non-refundable as at 01/05/2025
If you are no longer able to attend and wish to transfer your registration, please contact the Conference Managers at register.RSA@arinexgroup.com
Please provide the original registrant’s information, and the new registrant’s first and last name, organisation (if different), email and phone number.
