Roxanne Perry is a highly experienced registered nurse with a career spanning over three decades. She began her journey in nursing in 1987 and earned her renal certificate in 1994. In 2000, Roxanne obtained her Bachelor of Nephrology Nursing Practice, further solidifying her expertise in the field. Specialising as a paediatric nurse, Roxanne served as the Nurse Unit Manager of the Renal Unit at the Women’s and Children’s Hospital from 2001 to 2011. in this role she established a new transplant nurse position, early transition clinics for adolescents, was involved in organising Kidney kids camps and established the mixed model of a paediatric dialysis and medical day unit at the Women's and Children's hospital. Following her time at the hospital, Roxanne transitioned to the commercial sector, working with Gambro and Baxter in the dialysis industry in many roles, eventually becoming a Sales Manager in Haemodialysis and Peritoneal Dialysis from 2019 until 2023. During this time, she also obtained her MBA. Currently, Roxanne is the Kidney Health Manager in the Clinical and Research Team at Kidney Health Australia, where she continues to work in the field of nephrology.
