Jo graduate with a bachelor of Health Science (Nutrition and Dietetics) from Newcastle University in 20024. Since then she has worked in dietetics in hospitals, industry, university, and private practice.. She has worked in her passion area of Kidney Disease for 10 years. Currently Jo works in community and satellite dialysis, seeing patients on HD and PD and also privately with patients on CKD. Jo is passionate about educating patients and clinicians on the important role of diet in the management of Kidney disease and improving patients quality of life through realistic, personalised and less restrictive diet prescriptions.
