Professional Bio
Enthusiastic Registered Nurse with over 16 years of specialized experience. I graduated from Dr. MGR Medical University in India in 2007 and began my career in the cardio-thoracic ICU, where I spent five years, including the last two years as the ICU in-charge. After that, I relocated to Singapore and took on the role of dialysis nurse at the National Kidney Foundation, where I worked for five years. Subsequently, I moved to New Zealand with my family and continued my career in the dialysis unit at Auckland City Hospital. I excel in clinical care, mentorship, and leadership across various healthcare systems, including India, Singapore, and New Zealand. I am skilled at promoting patient-centered care, enhancing team collaboration, and implementing best practices in high-pressure settings. Currently, I serve as the Dialysis Unit Coordinator, Peer Supporter, and CPR Assessor at Auckland City Hospital, with a strong track record of improving clinical standards and staff well-being. I am actively exploring opportunities for innovation and professional growth.
