About Purple House
Purple House is an Aboriginal Community Controlled organisation, founded by community for community. Our mission is to improve the lives of people with renal failure, reunite families and reduce the impact of kidney disease in our communities.
We work to provide culturally appropriate dialysis services and for over 20 years, we’ve been helping people with kidney disease get back home to remote communities across the Northern Territory, Western Australia and South Australia.
Our care goes beyond dialysis. We offer culturally safe services including Aged Care, NDIS, Primary Health Care, Social Support, wellbeing programs, healthy meals and bush medicine. Everything we do focuses on people, Country, culture, and compassion. Purple House continues to innovate and grow, ensuring people stay strong on Country while fulfilling cultural obligations, caring for family, and keeping traditions alive.
